Product Thinking and The Double Diamond Process
My passion for design thinking and product thinking stems from seeing the entire product lifecycle validated. When taking on a project, I use the double diamond method to manage my primary discipline of design thinking. This method represents the process of investigating an issue more broadly or deeply (divergent thinking) before taking focused action (convergent thinking).
However, the act of applying UX strategy to a project is inherently subjective. Depending on the task at hand, I will often prioritize one step over another. New products or features are not always susceptible to overlaying the entire strategy from beginning to end, and adapting to this is a crucial part.

The Design Thinking Process
Design thinking is the primary design methodology I use to approach solving problems.
My goal is to provide solutions that empathize with how real users think, feel, and behave by understanding the human need underlying a feature or product and re-framing problems to focus on human-centric design.
