I link high-level business strategy to the specific needs of the end user, like a banker using HSBC, a citizen verifying their identity for GOV.UK, or a project manager logging project details in the field without an internet connection. Lately I'm interested in how AI can help us design better solutions. At Tinqs, I went beyond theory and built real AI helpers that check design systems automatically and find gaps between design and development.
